Servions School is run by Servions (Pvt) Ltd. Each school decides what it records about its students and staff. We store that information so the school can use the service.

What is stored

School details, staff and parent accounts, student records, attendance, marks, fees, messages and van location during a trip. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be read back.

Who can see it

Every school's records are kept apart from other schools. Inside a school, each person sees only what their role allows. A parent sees only their own children.

AI writing

When a teacher asks for report remarks, marks, attendance percentages and gender are sent to our AI provider. Names, phone numbers, ID numbers and addresses are never sent.

Messages

Parents receive alerts on WhatsApp. Replying STOP turns them off, and START turns them back on.

Van location

A driver's position is shared only during a trip. It is deleted when the trip ends.

Your choices

To see, correct or remove a child's record, contact the school. A school can contact us at support@servionspvtltd.com.
